Easter Friday was filled with lots of homemade food, board games and great company. It was my first attempt at roast chicken and massaging 2 headless birds with a spiced rub was vaguely traumatising. It’s risky to experiment with your guests’ dinner but I took a leap of faith with the ”beer can chicken” and was quite impressed with the end result. It’s definitely a great way to impart flavours into the meat and keep it tender at the same time. As Mr M has recently invited ”Mr Weber” aka charcoal BBQ kettle for a long stay, I can foresee myself making another roast in the near future, perhaps with Coke instead. I’m excited especially since the cold weather is approaching!

To recreate my ensemble, mix 2 cups of denim, a splash of neon, a pinch of leopard and a handful of accessories (optional) together. Stir and enjoy.
Have a blessed Thursday!
