Last weekend edit: A walk in the (dog) park

Glebe tram shed, I was pretty excited to visit this graffiti haven only to realise that it’s closed for development minutes before we were ready to leave. Bummer. We need a Plan B, like now NOW. Fortunately, Mr M has a list of photo shoot locations handy and very quickly came up with Freedom Park, which was a stone’s throw away from the tram shed. And guess what?! it’s also a dog park! I’ve missed having four-legged furry things around so that was definitely a consolation to my currently dog-less life. As there was a nice brick bridge there, Mr M thought the location might suit what I was wearing. I think for both Mr M and I, our weekly photo shoots weren’t only about showcasing my outfit that day, it was about marrying the location to the look to create aesthetically pleasing posts and to hopefully spark some sort of  inspiration in people.  It’s always been trial and error for us but thankfully we were quite pleased with the end results from yesterday’s shoot.

I was in the mood to wear my skinny cargo pants that I bought from I.T. HK a few years ago after seeing them on the ever so chic Sincerely Jules hence that was the foundation for yesterday’s outfit. As it was forecasted to be warm and rainy (which didn’t happen by the way), I paired these cargos with my red cotton tank from General Pants to allow for some breathing room. Normally I would not wear red and green together to avoid looking like a Christmas tree but somehow this combination felt right especially with the leopard print flats from Windsor Smith. That to me was satisfaction gained from playing with mix and match.

I had tonnes of fun doing the cat, i mean dogwalk (gotta respect the doggies at a dog park!), climbing on the ledge of the wall, and doing the mad dash!

Papa, paparazzi!

Photo shoots are getting more and more fun each week! I’m so thankful for Mr M’s expertise and effort.

Have an awesome week. Be blessed!
