Origami Roses

I don’t know what I’ve done to deserve such blessings but I believe that the greatest thing that I could do is to reciprocate and (obviously) not take things for granted.

Roses are handmade by Mr M

You guys I’m back with my regular posting schedule and I’m glad 🙂

Those couple of weeks away had been incredible in many ways and I’m happy that I gave myself the opportunity to step back and relax. I felt rather reluctant initially to slow down but soon realised that my body and mind actually needed it. I have a lot more capacity now to consider the direction that I would like to follow instead of blindly jumping on bandwagons that were not designed for me. I felt a lot more refreshed and equipped to make better decisions and hopefully this would reflect on both WLLWPROJECT and my other baby WLLWPOPUP.

Now on to a little romance, shall we? Mr M and I celebrated our #1 year anniversary aka paper anniversary (if you’re into this kind of thing) a couple of days after I got back from Malaysia and we were beyond thrilled. Big pats on our backs for surviving what could potentially be the hardest year of marriage (I have no concrete info to back this up so don’t hold me to this!). For the occasion, Mr M very thoughtfully gifted me with a dozen of origami roses and that really took me by surprise! I have to commend him for the efforts that he put into all our little milestones and his consistent behaviour never ceases to surprise me. I don’t know what I’ve done to deserve such blessings but I believe that the greatest thing that I could do is to reciprocate and (obviously) not take things for granted.

Hope you enjoy these little gems as much as I do and I shall see you back here next time with an outfit post! Till then.
