Recalling that chilly evening in Wynberg, Cape Town in January. Mr M, the in-laws and I went to watch Othello, a Shakespearean production in the open-air theatre in Maynardville.
I have to admit that I wasn’t very good with old style English and had to rely on written synopsis to get me through. It was nice to spend time with the South African family nonetheless.
I put on my trusty colour block top, some jeans and my Nike for optimum comfort. I adore this top because it could totally work for both dressing up and down. It’s sleek, well tailored (handcrafted to be precise), and completely gorgeous (see 1/2). I’m going to try and pair it with something high-waisted in the near future (once I found myself a beautiful skirt).
What are some of the open-air creative activities that are available in your country?
Last but not least, Happy Easter everyone!
